Marketing Coordinator executing email, social, paid media, SEO, events, and B2B collateral. Supporting Rentsync’s rental and property-management marketing across Canada and the United States.
Responsibilities
Produce and publish marketing work across channels, including email campaigns and social content
Support paid media and SEO initiatives
Produce B2B sales collateral, one-pagers and presentation decks
Write copy directly and brief designers on remaining materials
Schedule campaign work and quality-check it before publication
Maintain consistent messaging across brands and channels
Own campaign and content calendars
Hold deliverables to timelines and follow up on late pieces
Keep stakeholders informed of required inputs
Manage logistics for industry events, trade shows and webinars
Fulfill sponsorship and partnership obligations and own activation deliverables checklists
Handle vendor communication, invoices and budget tracking
Pull performance data from multiple platforms
Build campaign and channel reports
Interpret results and recommend changes for future campaigns
Maintain assets, approvals, timelines and results so past campaign activity and performance can be reconstructed
Requirements
One to three years in marketing, communications or a related field, agency or in-house
Strong, functional writing
Comfort speaking up in meetings and dealing directly with vendors and partners
Ability to run several concurrent projects against real deadlines without being reminded
Genuine attention to detail
Working familiarity with email platforms, social schedulers and analytics dashboards
Some exposure to Google Ads and Meta Ads
Experience spanning both B2C and B2B preferred
Real estate or proptech background preferred
Basic design skills preferred
Comfort editing short-form video preferred
Formal marketing education welcome, but not required
Candidates able to report to one of Rentsync's regional offices 2 days/week on average receive preferential consideration
Successful candidates may be required to complete a criminal background check
