About the role

  • Social Media & Content Coordinator growing Ribbon’s AI hiring platform through LinkedIn, X, and short-form video. Turning hiring data and product insights into demand-driving content.

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish content across LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms
  • Turn Ribbon metrics, hiring data, and HR trends into daily and weekly content
  • Translate product usage data, GTM metrics, and recruiting insights into educational and discussion-starting posts
  • Help produce short-form videos for Reels, Shorts, and TikToks
  • Write concise, opinionated posts about AI, hiring, recruiting trends, and startup life
  • Track engagement, impressions, and clicks, and iterate based on performance
  • Monitor trends, memes, and conversations in HRTech, AI, startups, and recruiting
  • Assist with content calendars, launches, and GTM campaigns
  • Support community engagement by replying to comments, DMs, and inbound social interest
  • Document and amplify customer wins, team culture, events, and product launches
  • Learn how content connects to pipeline, demos, and brand trust
  • Work directly with Ribbon founders and the GTM team to shape brand and founder presence

Requirements

  • Currently a student or recent graduate interested in marketing, content, media, or startups
  • Strong personal social media presence, especially on LinkedIn, X, or TikTok
  • Understanding of how to grow an audience
  • Creative eye for visuals, layout, hooks, and storytelling
  • Strong writing skills with a sharp sense of tone, clarity, and positioning
  • Ability to turn numbers, metrics, and trends into compelling content
  • Comfortable using Canva, Notion, Google Docs, and basic video editing tools such as CapCut or Descript
  • Learns fast, takes feedback well, and enjoys experimenting with new formats
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage deadlines independently
  • Excited by AI, startups, and building a brand from the ground up
