Responsibilities
Partner with Marketing, Product, Retention, Risk, Operations, and other departments to identify process optimization and automation opportunities
Conduct AI opportunity audits across departments and prioritize high-impact use cases
Design and implement AI-driven solutions using security-approved tools (LLMs, workflow automation platforms, AI copilots, etc.)
Improve internal workflows, reporting, communication flows, and routine operational processes
Evaluate and select AI tools and vendors based on business needs
Measure and report the business impact (cost savings, time reduction, productivity gains)
Drive AI adoption and change management across teams
Act as an internal AI advisor, educating stakeholders on practical AI applications
Requirements
Experience in AI-driven process optimization, automation, or digital transformation
Strong understanding of AI tools ecosystem (LLMs, automation platforms, AI copilots, no-code/low-code tools)
Ability to translate business problems into practical AI use cases
Proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing operational costs (pet projects and use cases)
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Analytical mindset with ability to assess ROI and prioritize initiatives
Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
