Senior Digital Project Manager at AdFarm leading integrated marketing programs with a cross-disciplinary approach in agriculture. Managing timelines and ensuring the clarity of digital work with strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead the kind of work that doesn’t fit neatly in a box—large, integrated programs with a lot of moving parts, a lot of people, and high expectations.
Manage timelines while connecting dots across disciplines, bringing structure to complexity, and keeping teams aligned.
Translate between teams, ask the right questions, and spot risks early—before they turn into rework or missed expectations.
Deliver large, high-value digital work with clarity and control, ensuring digital scopes reflect real requirements and budgets are tracked.

Must have 5+ years of experience in Digital and Traditional Marketing Project Management.
Must have at least 3 years of experience working in an advertisement agency environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Experience in the agriculture industry considered a strong asset.
Be a critical thinker that is detail oriented, extremely organized, and possesses excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills.
Excellent networking and liaison skills with demonstrated client management skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage client project budgets.
