About the role

  • National Training Manager delivering bilingual English/French F&I training for Safe-Guard’s automotive protection-products platform. Supporting dealerships, OEMs, agents, and field teams across Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Support all assigned client training requests
  • Deliver training through University / Academy classes, Train the Trainer classes, Virtual Webinars, and other mediums
  • Coordinate with Safe-Guard Sales and Marketing Team, Agents, Field Staff, OEM, and Consolidators for training dates and topics
  • Lead sessions teaching the F&I interview / menu sales process as a Subject Matter Expert for F&I training development
  • Assist in content development for new and existing training curriculum
  • Facilitate nationwide training events, including multi-day Performance Workshops, Train-the-Trainer workshops, ride-along and in-dealership coaching sessions, one-day/half-day training events, and virtual training
  • Serve as Training Consultant for new projects and initiatives, including LMS and new curriculum
  • Act as training liaison to field teams
  • Act as dealership SME for external/internal training content development
  • Update training materials as needed
  • Serve as Training Project Liaison
  • Report to the Sr. National Sales Director, Canada

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Trainer and F&I Manager
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% or more
  • Bilingual with the ability to read, write, and speak BOTH English and French in a business setting
  • Must be 100% Fluent in Both English and French
  • Problem solving skills while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Ability to use multiple platforms to deliver content remotely
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to facilitate a session training F&I products & process
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check
  • Professional automotive industry recognitions, certifications, or awards is a plus
