Responsibilities
support and champion the organization’s learning and development strategy
design, develop, and maintain engaging learning content
conduct learning needs and skills gap analyses
build and manage structured learning curricula and development pathways
coordinate end-to-end delivery of learning programs
facilitate in-person, virtual, and blended learning sessions
monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
partner with internal stakeholders to design targeted learning solutions
manage learning systems (e.g., Workday LMS)
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in learning and development
strong knowledge of adult learning principles
experience designing and delivering blended learning programs
hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (preferably Workday)
ability to develop engaging digital learning content
