About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & AI programs across planning, execution, and governance
- Build relationships with executives and key stakeholders to align on outcomes
- Translate technical solutions into business value and strategy
- Drive program governance including scope, risks, and dependencies
- Oversee Microsoft Fabric implementations and data platform modernization
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, AI)
- Facilitate executive steering committees and decision forums
- Develop adoption and change management strategies
- Monitor delivery performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
- Support business development and client engagement activities
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Data & AI program management
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Fabric
- 5+ years of experience with Azure Data Services
- 8+ years of experience in stakeholder management
- 5+ years of experience in data platform modernization
- 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery
- 5+ years of experience in governance & risk management
- Consultative experience in AI/ML Enablement (3+ years preferred)
- Certifications in Azure, Fabric, PMP, Scrum Master preferred
