About the role

  • Account Manager helping Sardine customers maximize fraud, payments, and compliance platform value. Managing strategic relationships, KPIs, integrations, and risk solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing day-to-day and big-picture problems and opportunities
  • Maximize customers' ROI in Sardine
  • Build a thorough understanding of Sardine's product, technology, and strategy and communicate these succinctly to customers
  • Translate complex product and technology problems into simple, actionable solutions
  • Manage solution processes internally and externally
  • Advise customers on fraud and compliance best practices
  • Build, monitor, and communicate KPIs to clients
  • Provide strategic analysis and critical thinking for long-term expansion planning
  • Collaborate with risk analytics teams to proactively solve new fraud typologies
  • Communicate findings to customers
  • Collaborate daily with risk analytics, data science, integrations, and product teams to meet customer risk, fraud, compliance, and payment needs

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Risk Management, or Solutions Architecture within B2B SaaS, with an understanding of how customers integrate API's
  • Domain experience in fraud, compliance, fintech, AML/KYC, or payments is highly preferred
  • Strong presentation skills for both virtual and in-person meetings with various stakeholders
  • Previous customer-facing experience, preferably with a technical product
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to synthesize all inputs and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using business intelligence tools
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including number crunching and drawing insights
  • Ability to translate complex strategies into actionable processes and outcomes
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with others
  • Process improvement mindset
  • Direct experience working with enterprise customers in fraud, risk, compliance, payments, or identity products
  • Experience owning renewals, expansion, or strategic account growth in a post-sales role
  • Experience with technical customer discussions involving APIs, integrations, or data analysis
