About the role

  • Service Center Representative managing claims inquiries and processing for major insurer. Providing customer support and resolving issues while monitoring the claims progress.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service regarding claims.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with callers from multiple client accounts.
  • Educate and inform clients on the documentation required to file/process a claim.
  • Follow specifications to answer questions and resolve process-related issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • One (1) year of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office products and the Windows environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and/or independently.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
