Responsibilities
Create scalable training content: courses, modules, job aids, video, and quick-start guides
Administer Absorb LMS: learning paths, user management, reporting, and content curation
Edit and produce audio and video assets using Camtasia or equivalent tools
Co-create product training with Business Units for all audience levels and regions
Develop and maintain graphically aligned, brand-consistent content independently
Own Salesforce skills onboarding for internal and external sellers — from fundamentals to opportunity management
Build and deliver Salesforce proficiency certifications (Level 1 and Level 2)
Design scalable onboarding programs that close skill gaps consistently across new hires and partner channels
Create, update, and manage Commercial Team SharePoint content libraries and resource hubs
Maintain SFDC knowledge base and business process documentation for sales workflows
Identify and fill content gaps proactively, own knowledge currency across enablement repositories
Develop, distribute, and support growth tier go-to-market skills training through the LMS for distributors and reps
Build Product Training and FAE Certifications
Assess training needs, gaps, and effectiveness metrics on an ongoing basis
Support Vinton AI configuration and user adoption across Salesforce instances
Manage Claude/SharePoint integration, Co-Pilot use cases, and AI role-play tool administration
Facilitate AI training sessions and certification tracks, Account Insight Process workshop support, and onboarding programs
Promote interaction, engagement, and support for the field via use of tools like Teams Channels, regular office hours / ask me anything sessions, enablement effectiveness surveys
Requirements
3-5 years of hands-on content development experience
Demonstrated ability to create and deliver polished instructional content independently
LMS platform experience — administration and content (Absorb strongly preferred)
Salesforce experience; comfortable building skills training and onboarding programs around CRM workflows
SharePoint content creation and management experience
Hands-on experience with AI tools in a professional context (Claude, Copilot, or equivalent)
Video and audio editing proficiency; experience with Camtasia or similar tools
Demonstrated experience working with internal subject matter experts to source and validate content
Strong organizational skills and ability to navigate ambiguity with minimal direction.
