Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including on-premise and cloud resources
Implement and oversee security protocols and conduct regular system updates and audits

Maintain thorough documentation of all IT systems and changes

Handle IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
Proactively identify opportunities to improve IT operations and implement best practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5 years of hands-on experience in system and network administration
Professional certifications are an asset (Linux, Microsoft, CCNA, Network+)
Proficiency with both Windows and Linux operating systems
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (routing, switching, VPNs, DNS, DHCP)
Ability to develop scripts or use automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
Experience implementing backup solutions and disaster recovery plans
A proven track record of diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues
