About the role
- Senior Program Manager leading cross-functional projects at Sophos. Overseeing full project lifecycle and collaborating with teams for strategic program execution across initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Ability to lead programs and complex projects and demonstrates the ability to turn around challenging programs or projects of any size.
- Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
- Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one or more program initiatives in addition to minor initiatives simultaneously.
- Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
- Accountable for all Portfolio / Program / Project communication and operation reviews.
- Work with the resource managers to procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience
- 5+ years of Product/Services Delivery from concept to launch
- Experience in Program/Product/Project management methodologies (like Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall, etc…)
- Builds and maintains relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives.
- Tools: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- PMP Certification.
