About the role

  • Principal Product Manager focusing on AI features at Sprout Social. Collaborating across teams to deliver impactful product solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evangelize a high-impact roadmap that translates complex AI capabilities into intuitive product features, ensuring our AI vision directly solves core customer pain points and drives platform value.
  • Lead high-stakes, platform-wide AI initiatives by identifying integration points across the Sprout suite, enabling customers to achieve sophisticated outcomes with minimal effort through seamless AI assistance.
  • Partner deeply with Engineering to develop our agent ecosystem and platform foundations, fostering an environment of rapid experimentation and iterative development.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for AI agents within the product org, maintaining a constant feedback loop with customers.
  • Act as the connective tissue between GTM, Design, and Engineering to ensure AI features are not only technically sound but also commercially viable and intuitively designed.
  • Elevate the product organization’s collective AI literacy by mentoring peer PMs, sharing best practices, and helping shape the internal standards for building and shipping intelligent products.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI/ML trends to accelerate deployment cycles and advise leadership on the strategic adoption of emerging technologies.
  • Drive the execution of "best-in-class" product delivery, balancing the urgency of immediate customer needs with the long-term scalability and innovation of our AI core.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of PM experience in platform or AI roles in a B2B product-driven SaaS environment.
  • Proven success leading initiatives in a multi-product portfolio company.
  • Experience collaborating closely with product, design, engineering, and GTM leaders to deliver cohesive solutions.
