About the role

  • Senior Backend Developer developing product features for a scalable compliance platform. Involving in AI-driven integrations and customer-facing API development.

Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve product features end-to-end (from idea to production)
  • Design and develop APIs used by customers and partners
  • Improve how users integrate, test, and evaluate our product
  • Introduce and implement AI/MCP capabilities where they improve UX or speed of adoption

Requirements

  • Strong Java backend experience
  • Experience in product development (shipping real features, not just services)
  • Pragmatic approach to adopting new technologies (AI/LLM/MCP)
  • Experience with AI agents / MCP or similar approaches
