About the role
- Remote Media Buyer scaling Meta and TikTok campaigns for DTC and ecommerce brands. Building creative testing strategies, diagnosing funnels, and guiding UGC content.
Responsibilities
- Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients across Meta and TikTok
- Build creative testing roadmaps, develop angles, write editor briefs, and analyze performance
- Manage client ad budgets ranging from $30,000 per month to $1,000,000 per month
- Diagnose full-funnel issues involving creative, offer, or conversion
- Communicate results, plans, and next steps to clients
- Source UGC talent, write scripts, and direct content when needed
- Test aggressively, learn quickly, and build scalable frameworks
Requirements
- Hands-on experience scaling eCommerce brands
- Experience managing Meta Ads with real spend and demonstrable CPA, ROAS, and revenue results
- Ability to build creative testing roadmaps
- Ability to develop creative angles and write briefs for editors
- Ability to analyze creative performance
- Ability to diagnose whether funnel issues are related to creative, offer, or conversion
- Ability to communicate results, plans, and next steps clearly with clients
- Experience working with UGC creators, including sourcing talent, writing scripts, and directing content when needed
- Ability to derive insights from reviews, competitor ads, and comments to generate new angles
- Experience writing UGC scripts or creative briefs
- Ability to work with editors to create winning ad variations
- Ability to challenge assumptions and adapt quickly
- Ability to explain strategic decisions and rationale
- Ownership, urgency, initiative, and follow-through
- Shopify store or eCommerce brand ownership/operation is a bonus
- Video editing or design skills are a plus
