About the role
- Associate Product Manager executing live client implementations for Tailor’s Headless ERP platform. Coordinating development, testing, training, and go-live readiness.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communications, question handling, escalations, and client requests
- Coordinate directly with the internal development team
- Maintain project management tools such as GitHub Projects and Jira
- Keep project status, documentation, and release notes current
- Analyze client data to identify gaps, discrepancies, and risks
- Support solution architecture and functional gap analysis
- Validate every release before it reaches the client
- Coordinate client testing and sign-off
- Own go-live readiness
- Create training materials and deliver client training
- Develop deep knowledge of the Tailor platform
- Translate client feedback into product insights that inform the platform roadmap
- Collaborate with the Account Manager and Senior PM on client implementations
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in product management in big tech or a startup and/or management consulting experience
- Management consulting experience strongly preferred
- Proven customer-facing experience
- Comfortable engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to learn and grow
- Ownership mindset and appetite for operational and technical detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with data analysis tools and AI-driven workflows
- Exposure to ecommerce or physical-product operations is a plus
- Familiarity with ERP, 3PL, or commerce platforms is a plus
- Prior experience onboarding customers onto software is a plus
