About the role

  • Product Manager automating operational workflows across Talent.com's ad tech platform. Delivering invoice, bug, bidding, and sales automation for measurable efficiency gains.

Responsibilities

  • Map current manual workflows across Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering and identify high-leverage automation opportunities
  • Translate operational knowledge, playbooks, and data into product requirements and delivery plans
  • Deliver automation for invoice validation, bug intake and triage, campaign bid management, and sales account expansion
  • Partner with engineering to build, test, and safely roll out automation with safeguards and rollback plans
  • Define success metrics and track real adoption beyond launch
  • Maintain the automation portfolio tracker, including intake, sizing, requirements documents, and build-versus-buy recommendations
  • Identify future AI and automation opportunities and bring them to the Product team
  • Work toward shipping an operational solution early in the 12-month term without people-management responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience shipping workflow automation that teams adopted, including describing the workflow, what changed, and measurable impact
  • Ability to build requirements from raw operational input, including playbooks, support logs, and team knowledge
  • Technical fluency to read code or technical documentation and discuss tradeoffs directly with engineering
  • Experience defining safeguards or rollback plans for automation touching live operations, revenue, or billing
  • Comfort working across teams without direct reporting relationships, building agreement through evidence and working relationships
  • Availability for a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Experience with AI-enabled operational tooling, agents, copilots, or automated diagnostics (nice to have)
  • Experience with rule-based or alerting systems in a finance, billing, or risk context (nice to have)
  • Exposure to ad tech, programmatic, or performance marketing (nice to have)
