Requirements

  • IRATA Level 1, 2, or 3 certifications (SPRAT is an asset)
  • Journeyperson/Red Seal Certification (preferred for trades roles)
  • Previous Leadership Experience is an asset (foremen, supervisors, leads)
  • Experience in industrial work (construction, infrastructure, power plants, coatings, inspections, or rigging)
  • Strong commitment to safety and professionalism
  • Availability for short or long-term projects in 2025
  • A willingness to work in various locations (Lower Mainland BC and across Canada)
