About the role
- Director of Platform Capabilities in TD Securities, owning platform services and digital transformation. Leading the strategy and delivery of shared infrastructure for banking products and client journeys.
Responsibilities
- Own the platform capability roadmap and strategy
- Translate business requirements into platform service definitions
- Drive cross-functional delivery and alignment
- Ensure platform quality and architectural standards
- Serve as the platform interface for Product Journey teams
- Represent the platform capability to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- 8–12 years of product management experience
- Proven experience with platform capabilities in a multi-product environment
- Technical acumen in API design principles and data modeling
- Strong cross-functional influence skills
- Ability to operate under ambiguity and manage dependencies effectively
- Transaction banking background is a strong plus
- Preferred experience in client identity and data services, onboarding workflows, financial data reporting, and payment services
