About the role

Responsibilities
- Learn the fundamentals of commercial lending through financial analysis, risk management, and industry analysis
- Work closely with a variety of mid-market businesses to support their individual and financial goals

- Complete 8 to 10 months of on-site coaching in a commercial unit and a structured training program
