Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of effective talent acquisition and diversity strategies, plans, and programs for Technology
- Act as a trusted Talent Advisor for the assigned portfolio
- Lead the full recruitment cycle for candidates and hiring managers
- Build proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines for diverse, high-quality active and passive talent
- Share market trends, talent gaps, and opportunities to influence hiring approaches
- Use data and recruitment metrics to refine strategies and advise leaders
- Cultivate industry networks and represent TD at recruiting events
- Partner with HR and business leaders to understand needs and shape sourcing plans
- Manage workload to meet service commitments and TD quality standards
- Lead or support special projects and talent-related initiatives
- Monitor emerging trends and tools to evolve recruitment practice
- Resolve escalations quickly and effectively
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment
- Share knowledge, mentor others, and support team development
- Communicate with partners and represent TD internally and externally
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- 10+ years of talent acquisition experience in a large enterprise
- 5+ years of experience recruiting for senior-level technology roles
- Expertise in specialized hiring portfolios, including AI/Cyber Security
- Confidence working independently as a subject matter expert
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to guide stakeholders
- Ability to follow recruitment policies, processes, and regulatory requirements
- Strong risk awareness
