About the role

  • Senior Project Advisor specialized in IT, managing strategic technology projects and multidisciplinary teams. Working remotely in a flexible environment focused on innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the planning, organization and control of large-scale technology projects;
  • Coordinate the activities of multidisciplinary teams involved in projects;
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and dashboards;
  • Manage budgets, risks, issues and dependencies;
  • Participate in governance activities and steering committees;
  • Support teams through organizational transformation and Agile transitions;
  • Support the setup of product teams and collaborative governance mechanisms;
  • Contribute to the deployment and evolution of technology solutions;
  • Produce progress reports and accountability documentation for stakeholders;
  • Advise decision-makers on the planning and prioritization of initiatives;
  • Develop and implement project-specific communication strategies;
  • Facilitate workshops, coordination meetings and engagement sessions.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in computer science, information technology management, engineering or a related discipline;
  • Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience in IT project management;
  • Experience managing projects in complex environments;
  • Experience in organizational transformation, including Agile transitions, establishing product teams and collaborative governance;
  • Demonstrated experience managing programs or portfolios of complex, interdependent projects;
  • Participation in the deployment or evolution of technology solutions such as Microsoft 365 or Windows environments;
  • Experience in project governance, budget management, risk analysis and accountability;
  • Proficiency with traditional, agile or hybrid project management approaches;
  • Ability to coordinate stakeholders from different business and technology areas;
  • Excellent synthesis, communication and strategic document-writing skills;
  • Solid understanding of IT governance issues;
  • Demonstrated leadership, autonomy, rigor and a strong collaborative mindset.
