Project Manager managing therapeutic product development for Telix Pharmaceuticals. Supporting international roll-out and project execution while adhering to PMO best practices.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the product development plan, including activity planning, budget management, schedule adherence, resource allocation, and milestone tracking to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.
Actively maintain internal project management tools (e.g., SmartSheet), ensuring accuracy in scheduling, risk assessment, and data integrity. Regularly update and track progress using standardized dashboard reporting.
Act as the key internal contact for projects, fostering strong cross-functional relationships. Facilitate regular project updates and provide leadership to resolve issues and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Contribute to integrated project teams across the matrixed organization, collaborating with departments such as clinical operations, regulatory, and manufacturing to achieve project goals.
Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks. Quantify cost and schedule impacts and ensure proper submission to the change management process to maintain project integrity.
Develop, maintain, and report all project schedule information, ensuring transparency and adherence across all levels of the organization. Implement corrective actions when necessary.
Manage cross-functional reporting relationships to ensure traceability of project data and alignment with other systems in the organization. Ensure consistency and accessibility of data for key stakeholders.
Collaborate with department leadership to ensure KPIs are met. Lead and manage complex programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, while navigating multi-faceted challenges.
Requirements
Postgraduate qualifications (Bachelor’s or above) or equivalent years of experience in pharma
Minimum 4+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience including for products in preclinical and clinical development (Phase 1)
Minimum 2+ years of project and financial management experience including financial forecasting
Moderate level of project management execution experience with multiple projects.
Experience leading sub-teams, managing and coordinating multiple tasks and functional areas.
Expertise in at least at least two pharmaceutical drug development functions (clinical, manufacturing development, regulatory, or non-clinical development).
Experience working as part of a cross-functional team
Experience maintaining project management software solutions and project management tools
