About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of AI and data professionals.
- Stay current with advancements in AI, NLP, LLMs, and cloud technologies.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible way.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading data science or AI/ML teams, with proven team management and mentoring success.
- Demonstrated success in applying AI/ML to deliver real-world, production-level business solutions.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Hands-on understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong stakeholder management and exceptional communication skills.
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to bring energy and team spirit to everyday work.
