Requirements
- You must be a recent grad within one year or be expecting to graduate by August 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical degree.
- Minimum 4-12 months of relevant professional work, internship or co-op experience in a technical environment.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic projects, community involvement, extracurricular activities, or volunteer work.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, etc.)
- Solid understanding of software development fundamentals and best practices.
- Strong aptitude for rapidly acquiring new programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Advanced analytical thinking and systematic approach to solving complex problems.
