About the role
- Learning Specialist II supporting TELUS Health in a collaborative role for training content development and delivery. Engaging with operations leaders to ensure staff are equipped for success.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside frontline operations leaders, clinical liaisons, and HealthTech professionals to deliver training experiences
- Own the full lifecycle of training content — from curriculum design and instructional development to delivery and continuous improvement
- Ensure every team member has the knowledge and tools they need to succeed across both lines of business
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a learning & development role
- Proven experience designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences, including frontline and clinical staff
- Strong proficiency with e-learning authoring tools
- Experience managing a Learning Management System
- Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Google Workspace, and collaboration tools
- Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- A collaborative team player with a passion for continuous improvement and excellence
