Learning Specialist II supporting TELUS Health in a collaborative role for training content development and delivery. Engaging with operations leaders to ensure staff are equipped for success.
Responsibilities
Work alongside frontline operations leaders, clinical liaisons, and HealthTech professionals to deliver training experiences
Own the full lifecycle of training content — from curriculum design and instructional development to delivery and continuous improvement
Ensure every team member has the knowledge and tools they need to succeed across both lines of business
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a learning & development role
Proven experience designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences, including frontline and clinical staff
Strong proficiency with e-learning authoring tools
Experience managing a Learning Management System
Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills
Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Google Workspace, and collaboration tools
Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
A collaborative team player with a passion for continuous improvement and excellence
