- Present to senior leadership with confidence and clarity
- Manage diverse, matrixed project teams through facilitation and mentorship
- Champion standardized project management methodologies, tools, and collaborative platforms
- Manage and analyze complex reporting
Requirements
- Bilingual capability (English and French)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive project management experience
- Minimum 5+ years leading large-scale, complex healthcare system implementations (EMR, clinical systems, health benefits platforms)
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Advanced proficiency in healthcare system implementations
- Strong leadership skills including decision-making, influencing without formal authority
- Demonstrated expertise in managing ambiguity and applying change management
