About the role
- Project Manager leading enterprise-scale Euna Grants implementations for state government clients. Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring project delivery within governance standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-level Euna Grants implementation projects
- Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, risk registers
- Facilitate project meetings, executive briefings, and steering committees
- Monitor project performance against established baselines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned state agency clients
- Coordinate delivery across ECP's Implementation, Technical Solutions, and OCM workstreams
- Contribute to lessons-learned reviews and continuous improvement efforts
- Participate in scoping conversations for new engagements
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects in a public sector
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
- Enthusiasm for AI tools
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects
- Ability to work independently while collaborating
