Responsibilities
Manage the operational rhythm and governance of cultural transformation
Own the live 2026 Roadmap and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Build high-quality, executive-ready decks using data-driven storytelling
Align schedules and readiness of stakeholders to meet project milestones
Establish and maintain project governance framework including meeting cadence and status reporting
Identify 'collision points' and blockers early and develop timelines to keep the project on track
Distill complex project updates into actionable briefs
Requirements
5-7 years of Project Management experience ideally within a People/HR function supporting enterprise-wide transformations
Proven analytical abilities in data analysis, forecasting, and business modeling
Comfortably leverage AI tools
Proficient with Google Suite, Fig Jam and other collaboration tools
Thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to create high-quality executive-ready presentations
