Responsibilities
- Manage the operational rhythm and governance of cultural transformation
- Own the live 2026 Roadmap and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Build high-quality, executive-ready decks using data-driven storytelling
- Align schedules and readiness of stakeholders to meet project milestones
- Establish and maintain project governance framework including meeting cadence and status reporting
- Identify 'collision points' and blockers early and develop timelines to keep the project on track
- Distill complex project updates into actionable briefs
Requirements
- 5-7 years of Project Management experience ideally within a People/HR function supporting enterprise-wide transformations
- Proven analytical abilities in data analysis, forecasting, and business modeling
- Comfortably leverage AI tools
- Proficient with Google Suite, Fig Jam and other collaboration tools
- Thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to create high-quality executive-ready presentations
