Responsibilities
Act as a key point of contact between McDonald’s Canada stakeholders and Coates internal teams
Support the management and coordination of hardware initiatives including drive thru enclosures, kiosks, media players, and other restaurant technology infrastructure
Consolidate input from internal teams including hardware, product, supply chain, finance, and deployment teams and communicate updates clearly to internal and client stakeholders
Proactively prepare and maintain client facing documentation including program updates, planning materials, and presentation content
Support account leadership in managing client communications, meetings, and follow up actions
Ensure programs progress through appropriate internal processes while maintaining visibility across timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
Maintain strong working relationships with McDonald’s stakeholders across technology, construction, procurement, and vendor teams
Identify opportunities to improve communication, coordination, and program visibility across the account
Requirements
5 years experience in account coordination, account management, program management, or client facing roles within a technology, hardware, retail, or services environment
Experience working with enterprise clients or complex multi stakeholder environments preferred
Understanding of quick service restaurant operations, retail technology environments, or hardware deployment programs considered an advantage
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders
Strong business awareness with the ability to understand client priorities and align internal teams accordingly
