Senior ERP Program Coordinator for a Canadian toy & entertainment company. 5 - month contract, $60 - $75/hr, Toronto ON.
About the role
- Delivery Program Manager overseeing comprehensive program planning and execution in store technology at Canadian Tire Corporation. Engaging stakeholders and managing resources across multiple squads.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive program plan that defines the program's objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
- Identify and engage stakeholders, including executives, Business sponsors, and team members
- Maintain regular communication to manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure buy-in for program initiative
- Establish program governance structures, including steering committees or advisory boards, to provide oversight and guidance
- Coordinate and allocate resources across multiple squads within the program
- Identify and assess program risks
- Monitor the progress of squad delivery within the program, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones
- Oversee the management of changes in program scope, schedule, and budget
- Facilitate the closure of the program upon successful completion
- Training and guidance (Establish guidelines) to the team members across squads to establish consistency
Requirements
- Financial management: Budgeting, Forecasting, Accruals and Invoice Management, Variance Analysis
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies including SAFe Scrum and Kanban
- Experience working with MS Office
- Working knowledge of Jira/Jira align and Confluence
- Experience with Planview, Delivery Central and Lucid is an asset
