About the role
- Project Manager coordinating client and internal learning projects for The Learning Network. Supporting timelines, budgets, documentation, stakeholders, and delivery in a fully remote contractor role.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects simultaneously
- Coordinate project meetings, agendas, action items, and follow-up activities
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to achieve project objectives
- Track project resources, dependencies, and milestones
- Escalate project risks, issues, and roadblocks when appropriate
- Maintain project plans, files, and reporting tools
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent work experience in Business, Project Management, Marketing, Adult Learning, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with project management tools
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- CAPM or PMP certification or project management training is considered an asset
- Must reside in Canada or the United States
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of residence
- Visa or work authorization sponsorship is not available
