About the role
- Product Manager leading strategy, roadmap, and performance for Jonas Software's cloud solutions. Driving innovation through customer insights, automation, and AI to deliver value and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a clear product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with company objectives.
- Identify opportunities to embed AI and automation across workflows.
- Develop pricing and packaging strategies for new features, modules, and AI-driven offerings in collaboration with Sales.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to anticipate trends and shape long-term strategy.
- Partner with customers and industry stakeholders to identify and validate use cases for emerging technology and AI.
- Lead customer research, field visits, and analytics reviews to prioritize roadmap initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle - from ideation and requirements to launch and continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Service teams to drive feature utilization, cross-sell, and retention.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales on value-based messaging and go-to-market positioning.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management within SaaS B2B software (experience in legal tech or cybersecurity a plus).
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Word-based document workflows, including styles, formatting, and management of complex, structured documents, ideally within regulated or legal environments.
- Proven success in pricing strategy or monetization of SaaS features.
- Strong understanding of Agile development, backlog management, and cross-functional delivery.
- Experience with AI/ML applications and process automation.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful software products.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable product and pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills.
Benefits
- Expected Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications
