Responsibilities
Define and elevate the creative vision across multiple accounts and teams
Oversee large scale brand systems, integrated campaigns, and experience driven work
Ensure exceptional thinking and execution in all projects
Lead and mentor Creative Directors, Designers, and cross functional teams
Drive concept development from strategy through execution
Present work confidently to senior clients and executive stakeholders
Partner closely with Strategy, Production, and Client Leadership to deliver high quality work
Play a key role in new business pitches and growth opportunities
Contribute to evolving Thinkingbox’s creative point of view and reputation
Requirements
10+ years of creative experience with a strong foundation in design
Experience leading large integrated campaigns and brand systems
A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft and conceptual thinking
Proven experience managing and mentoring senior creative talent
Strong presentation skills and executive presence
Deep understanding of brand, digital, social, and content ecosystems
Comfort operating at both the conceptual and executional level
Experience in agency environments with global or enterprise level clients
