Responsibilities

  • Define and elevate the creative vision across multiple accounts and teams
  • Oversee large scale brand systems, integrated campaigns, and experience driven work
  • Ensure exceptional thinking and execution in all projects
  • Lead and mentor Creative Directors, Designers, and cross functional teams
  • Drive concept development from strategy through execution
  • Present work confidently to senior clients and executive stakeholders
  • Partner closely with Strategy, Production, and Client Leadership to deliver high quality work
  • Play a key role in new business pitches and growth opportunities
  • Contribute to evolving Thinkingbox’s creative point of view and reputation

Requirements

  • 10+ years of creative experience with a strong foundation in design
  • Experience leading large integrated campaigns and brand systems
  • A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft and conceptual thinking
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring senior creative talent
  • Strong presentation skills and executive presence
  • Deep understanding of brand, digital, social, and content ecosystems
  • Comfort operating at both the conceptual and executional level
  • Experience in agency environments with global or enterprise level clients
