Responsibilities
Lead Mud Club’s programming and content production
Manage the people and processes behind programming and content production
Plan annual, seasonal, and weekly programming
Lead Minecraft activities, challenges, and special events
Oversee Clubhouse and streaming content
Manage programming and content-production timelines
Coordinate creators, facilitators, and other contributors
Test and improve new ideas
Incorporate member and staff feedback
Establish production standards and repeatable workflows
Develop new member- and family-facing experiences
Understand existing capabilities, build trust with current staff, and strengthen systems
Turn ideas into clear projects with defined scope, timelines, and responsibilities
Assign and follow up on work
Run planning and production meetings
Identify blockers and make practical trade-offs
Maintain quality and consistency
Help creative staff do excellent work
Move projects from concept through production, launch, and improvement
Collaborate across programming, clinical, and product teams
Translate programming objectives into engaging experiences for children
Contribute to member research, user journeys, problem definition, prototypes, UX, requirements, testing, and collaboration with designers and developers
Potentially take greater ownership of defined member-facing products and experiences
