About the role
- Transforming security operations, Trackforce seeks a Head of SaaS Product Design for design strategy leadership. Role involves building a design function and creating a modern user experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the end-to-end design strategy for the global platform
- Build and scale a modern design function from the ground up
- Embed design deeply into product development
- Shape platform looks, feels, and performs across web, mobile, and emerging interfaces
- Drive cohesive, intuitive, and scalable user experience for a complex, mission-critical SaaS platform
Requirements
- 10+ years of UX/product design experience, 5+ in a leadership role
- Experience building a design function or design system from scratch
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design: research, wireframes, prototyping, design systems, shipped products
- Experience designing for complex enterprise workflows (not just consumer apps)
- Experience with mobile-first design for deskless/frontline workers
- Strong facilitation skills — can run research sessions, design sprints, and stakeholder alignment workshops
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools
