Requirements
- 10+ years of UX/product design experience, 5+ in a leadership role
- Experience building a design function or design system from scratch
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design: research, wireframes, prototyping, design systems, shipped products
- Experience designing for complex enterprise workflows (not just consumer apps)
- Experience with mobile-first design for deskless/frontline workers
- Strong facilitation skills — can run research sessions, design sprints, and stakeholder alignment workshops
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools
