About the role

  • Product Manager shaping intuitive Salesforce software for nonprofit organizations. Leading discovery, AI-assisted product development, cross-functional delivery, and go-to-market adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research, market analysis, and customer-data analysis
  • Translate feedback, usage data, and competitive insights into product direction
  • Own product discovery, prioritize high-value needs, validate them with partners and internal teams, and create product requirements
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Develop usable, consumer-grade features aligned with the roadmap
  • Use AI tools such as Claude and Cursor to prototype, design, research, and iterate
  • Lead design, engineering, quality assurance, support, and other cross-functional teams through delivery
  • Apply Agile and continuous delivery principles to support iterative development and on-time releases
  • Own go-to-market activities with marketing, sales, and customer success, including positioning, launch, and adoption
  • Measure product performance, track adoption, and improve user experience and business impact
  • Communicate product rationale to engineers, executives, and customers
  • Create accessible product documentation to improve understanding, adoption, and customer experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience with a proven track record guiding products from concept to launch
  • Experience building consumer-facing or consumer-grade applications
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in the product workflow, such as Claude, Cursor, or similar
  • Strength in market research and customer discovery
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting qualitative feedback and quantitative usage data
  • Experience partnering with marketing, sales, and customer success on go-to-market activities
  • Demonstrated end-to-end product lifecycle management experience
  • Familiarity with an Agile framework
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Creative thinking skills
  • Background in the nonprofit sector, community centres, or community-focused organizations is a bonus
