Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of Core Commerce Platform
- Build robust, scalable financial systems
- Architect the roadmap for a commerce-as-a-service model
- Design self-service tools and documentation for internal teams
- Own the event-to-invoice data lifecycle
- Partner with Finance and Compliance for revenue recognition
- Provide customers with granular visibility into usage
- Translate complex financial requirements into technical specifications
- Embed AI into the commerce platform
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into the commerce lifecycle
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience
- 4 years focused on commerce, billing, or financial platforms at scale
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives
- Strong technical acumen with experience in APIs and extensible platforms
- Data-driven decision maker with a track record of defining KPIs
- Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills
- Experience with SaaS, large-scale platforms, or multi-product ecosystems
- Deep experience with Agile and related agile tooling, such as Jira
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
