About the role
- Senior Municipal Claims Examiner at ClaimsPro LP managing Lloyds accounts. Overseeing complex claims with a focus on high-quality service and detailed policy analysis.
Responsibilities
- Act as an examiner for a class leading Lloyds account
- Provide prompt, fair, quality claims service to clients
- Manage Municipal Claims consisting of professional liability, Bodily Injury, E&O claims and coverage review of complex liability claims
- Responsible for detailed thorough coverage analysis of the Policy response to allegations presented
- Responsible for desk top handling of claims, and settlement of claims directly with claimants or their representatives
- Administer claims payments/settlements through trust accounts
- Liaise with all stakeholders to insure client's needs are met
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of casualty claims experience including professional lines
- Ontario Licensing: CIP Designation
- College diploma or combination of education and equivalent business
- Professional liability experience, including complex coverage analysis
- Experience dealing with Lloyds a clear advantage
