About the role

  • AI Sales Engineer at VersaFile Consulting Group designing intelligent solutions for content management. Engaging with clients, developing scalable architectures, and showcasing AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales & Client Engagement: Lead discovery sessions and technical workshops to uncover client needs.
  • Translate business requirements into compelling AI-powered technical solutions.
  • Present solution roadmaps, demos, and value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences (C-suite, IT leaders).
  • Solution Architecture & Design: Develop scalable AI solution architectures leveraging cloud, data, and automation technologies.
  • Build reference architectures and frameworks that integrate AI/ML components into managed service offerings.
  • Define integration strategies for AI models (LLMs, analytics, automation) within enterprise environments.
  • Demo & Prototype Development: Build and showcase live demos (e.g. workflow automation, predictive dashboards) using open-source or commercial AI stacks.
  • Rapidly prototype proofs-of-concept to validate feasibility and ROI.
  • Support Work closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment.
  • Support proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation.
  • Mentor delivery teams on AI integration frameworks and reusable accelerators.

Requirements

  • 7 - 10 Years of experience in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering or Technical Consulting within IT services or managed services.
  • Proven experience designing or implementing AI/ML, automation, or data analytics solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data ecosystems (e.g. Data Lakes, ETL, API Frameworks).
  • Hands-on exposure to LLMs, RAG frameworks, LangChain, Vector DBs and ML pipelines.
  • Proven experience in Box, Sharepoint and Blob Storage solutions.
  • Proven experience in B2B software sales in Content Management or Automation.
  • Understanding of enterprise integration, DevOps, MLOps and Security Principles.
  • Excellent communication with ability to simplify complex AI concepts for executive stakeholders.
  • Consultative mindset to assess needs and craft tailored solutions.
  • Comfortable leading presentations, workshops and proof-of-concept sessions with external stakeholders.
