Responsibilities
Lead or support the deployment, configuration, and post-implementation support of Workday Payroll solutions
Partner with client Payroll leads to analyze, enhance, and expand existing Payroll configurations and business processes
Manage functional adjustments and configuration updates while evaluating downstream impacts across modules
Support clients in troubleshooting payroll issues and optimizing system performance
Collaborate closely with internal and client teams across Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking to ensure seamless integrations and accurate processing
Prioritize and respond to client cases, maintaining a high level of service delivery
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Workday Payroll configuration, including US/Canadian Payroll
Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and reporting in the US context
Proven ability to review, analyze, and refine existing payroll configurations and processes
Proficiency in Workday modules related to Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking
