About the role

  • Workday Payroll Consultant with strong background in US/Canadian Payroll configuration and support. Implementing, optimizing, and supporting Workday Payroll solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or support the deployment, configuration, and post-implementation support of Workday Payroll solutions
  • Partner with client Payroll leads to analyze, enhance, and expand existing Payroll configurations and business processes
  • Manage functional adjustments and configuration updates while evaluating downstream impacts across modules
  • Support clients in troubleshooting payroll issues and optimizing system performance
  • Collaborate closely with internal and client teams across Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking to ensure seamless integrations and accurate processing
  • Prioritize and respond to client cases, maintaining a high level of service delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Workday Payroll configuration, including US/Canadian Payroll
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and reporting in the US context
  • Proven ability to review, analyze, and refine existing payroll configurations and processes
  • Proficiency in Workday modules related to Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking
  • Workday Certification required
  • Fluent in English
