Responsibilities
Process biweekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees using ADP Workforce Now with accuracy and compliance
Audit pay records, reconcile totals by department, location, and country; apply pay policies correctly
Prepare payroll journal entries, complete month-end and year-end reconciliations, and coordinate third-party payroll system upgrades
Serve as primary payroll contact for employees and vendors; resolve discrepancies and respond to audit requests
Ensure compliance with U.S. federal/state and Canadian federal/provincial regulations
Requirements
5+ years payroll experience in U.S. and Canada
Expert in ADP Workforce Now
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, benefits, reconciliations, and year-end processes
Payroll certifications (PCP, CPM, FPC, CPP) or an accounting/finance background required
