About the role

  • SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Integration SME delivering Employee Central-to-ECC payroll replication for consulting programmes. Leading design, testing, cutover, compliance, and go-live readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Co-lead delivery of the SAP SuccessFactors to SAP ECC payroll integration
  • Collaborate with HR and IT leaders throughout delivery, testing, and cutover
  • Provide guidance on integration best practices, solution architecture, and payroll design
  • Ensure accurate replication of Employee Central employee master data and time data into SAP HR
  • Lead and support payroll parallel runs, analyse results, and reconcile outcomes
  • Coordinate with the wider integrations workstream across dependent systems and processes
  • Lead SIT, UAT, regression, and payroll comparison testing
  • Drive go-live readiness and defect resolution through closure
  • Coordinate cutover planning and execution
  • Establish governance for code releases, compliance, and security
  • Embed GDPR, data privacy, payroll compliance, and audit controls
  • Support development teams with integration design and issue resolution
  • Review technical design documents, interface specifications, and mapping sheets
  • Analyse functional requirements and assess technical feasibility and SAP ECC6 impact
  • Lead design workshops for payroll integration, field-to-infotype mapping, and custom transformations or derivations

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP ECC Payroll integration
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP BIB replication configuration and related integration processes
  • Deep understanding of SAP HR data structures, infotypes, payroll processing, and employee master data
  • Proven experience leading payroll integration delivery in complex programme environments
  • Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, regression, and payroll parallel testing
  • Experience supporting cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare activities
  • Ability to translate functional requirements into technical and integration solutions
  • Experience reviewing technical design, mapping documents, and transformation rules
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of GDPR, payroll compliance, audit controls, and data privacy requirements
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple workstreams and manage dependencies
  • Preferred: experience on large-scale HR transformation or payroll implementation programmes
  • Preferred: prior involvement in SAP ECC6 payroll environments
  • Preferred: experience with governance, release management, and controls in regulated environments
  • Preferred: exposure to complex data mapping, derivation logic, and custom integration scenarios
