Responsibilities
Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of player identity and audience management capabilities at WB Games
Help establish a unified, data-driven foundation for player account creation, engagement, analytics, and activation across mobile, console, and PC games
Work closely with WB Games studios, central engineering teams, analytics partners, publishing, design, and external platform partners to translate studio and business needs into platform capabilities
Drive improvements to account creation and account linking flows
Define integration standards for studios and partners
Ensure identity data is effectively leveraged to support large-scale audience creation and activation
Requirements
5–7 years of product management experience, ideally on platforms, identity systems, or data-oriented products
Proven experience with identity, authentication, or account-linking systems, or with customer data platforms (CDPs)
Experience collaborating with analytics and data teams, with the ability to define metrics, analyze journeys, and make data-driven decisions
Proven experience with developer-facing products such as SDKs, APIs, or integration guidelines
Experience working with mobile, console, and PC game development teams is strongly preferred
Knowledge of live-service environments, player lifecycle management, or audience activation flows
Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, publishing, analytics, and external partners
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
