About the role
- AI Website Specialist Lead at WellnessLiving managing customer accounts and team, focusing on building quality websites and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Website Building and Delivery: Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and build websites from brief to launch
- Customer Communication: Own end-to-end communication with customers throughout the build
- Team Leadership and Supervision: Lead by example and supervise/mentor other Specialists
- Team Standards & Process Improvement: Establish and document communication standards and build checklists
- AI Tool Usage: Work within our AI-assisted code workflow and find ways to improve the job
Requirements
- Prior management or team lead experience is required
- AI-centric mindset: default to AI-first thinking and comfortable building in an environment where the tooling evolves quickly
- Hands-on experience building websites using AI-assisted development tools
- Clear, professional written communication skills, particularly in a customer-facing context
- Strong personal organization
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or similar environments
- Background in customer success, digital agency work, or SaaS onboarding
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Jira
- Experience in the health, wellness, or fitness software space would be an asset
