About the role

Product Developer focusing on UI and UX within full stack video solutions at WISI. Collaborating with R&D team to design and implement software for video delivery across platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and refine clean, intuitive, and consistent user interfaces aligned with real-world operator workflows.
Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
Contribute to wireframes, mockups, and user flows in partnership with Product; advocate for the end user and uphold a high UI/UX quality bar.
Develop server-side logic, REST APIs, and data persistence, ensuring reliable frontend integration.
Build performant solutions in device-integrated and video delivery environments, considering scalability and reliability.
Improve and modernize legacy interfaces to enhance maintainability and user experience.
Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and participate in design and code reviews.
Contribute to CI/release processes, resolve bugs, ship updates, and maintain clear and up-to-date tickets.

Proven experience as a full stack developer building both frontend and backend solutions.
Strong skills in modern JavaScript / TypeScript and frameworks such as React.
Hands-on experience with cross-platform application development.
Demonstrated experience building clean, intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
Solid HTML/CSS and responsive design.
Experience building server-side logic and REST APIs in languages such as Go, Python, and working with databases such as PostgreSQL or SQLite.
Proficiency with Git, plus strong debugging and testing skills.
A strong UI/UX portfolio and the ability to take on product-design and light product-management responsibilities.
Design Tools: Figma for wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Experience modernizing or migrating legacy frontend codebases to modern frameworks such as React.
Embedded device or firmware UIs, or the streaming video / broadcast domain is an advantage.
Experience using AI-assisted coding tools to improve development efficiency.
Interest in exploring emerging workflows (e.g., automation, agent-based tools).
