About the role
- Senior Design Manager leading design vision and execution across enterprise digital products for ZAZZ. Driving user-centered experiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the UI/UX function, ensuring high-quality user-centered experiences
- Define and execute the UI/UX strategy across multiple digital products
- Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers fostering innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into product experiences
- Engage directly with enterprise clients to understand their product vision and user requirements
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design
- 4+ years of experience in design leadership or management roles
- Expertise in design systems, usability testing, and UX research
- Strong stakeholder communication and client presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset
