Responsibilities
Reporting to the Team Lead - Learning and Development, play a vital role in designing and launching impactful learning experiences.
Enhance Organizational Onboarding by collaborating with L&D team lead to integrate current company materials.
Conduct reviews and implement strategic design upgrades to existing learning programs, maximizing quality and learner engagement.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in adult learning program design, development, delivery, and evaluation.
Ability to manage the content development life cycle, from needs analysis to evaluation, leveraging instructional design best practices.
A knack for transforming complex information into engaging and impactful learning experiences.
Experience using Canva, Articulate 360, Workday Learning, Survey Monkey, and AI tools (such as Synthesia) is an asset.
