Build AI-powered onboarding and configuration systems that reduce manual setup, detect issues proactively, and dramatically compress time-to-go-live.
Own infrastructure such as sandbox environments, workflow versioning and promotion, and API/MCP/export frameworks – enabling customers to iterate safely while increasing deployment velocity.
Define and evolve an AI-powered product adoption tooling and framework that improves feature discoverability, delivers contextual in-product guidance, and proactively surfaces expansion opportunities.
Partner with Documentation and Education teams to embed AI-native guidance directly into the product experience – including dynamic “Getting Started” flows, troubleshooting assistance, and contextual recommendations.
Work cross-functionally with Customer Success and Solutions Consulting teams to build reusable systems and processes that power scalable onboarding, rollout automation, and operational efficiency across the organization.

2-4+ years of product management and 4-8+ years of overall professional experience; experience working on SaaS onboarding, activation or platform tooling is a plus.
Ability to break down ambiguous operational and configuration challenges into structured systems and scalable solutions.
Demonstrated comfort owning operationally intensive product areas – including migrations, versioning, enablement workflows, and cross-functional coordination – and turning repetitive processes into scalable frameworks.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, design, sales, customer success, and documentation teams, influencing without authority.
Strong analytical skills and comfort defining measurable adoption and growth metrics.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment where operational rigor and product thinking intersect.
