Senior Customer Success Manager guiding enterprise customers using Zip’s AI procurement platform. Driving adoption, business outcomes, stakeholder engagement, and renewals across customer portfolios.
Responsibilities
Define customer business outcomes and partner with customers to deliver those outcomes continuously
Act as a trusted procurement advisor and thought partner, educating and enabling customers on Zip’s platform and procurement best practices
Identify champions and build relationships with key stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT/Security, and Privacy/Compliance
Maintain high customer engagement and satisfaction, focusing on adoption and loyalty
Manage customer health using data-driven adoption metrics
Partner with Product and Engineering to translate business needs into customer solutions while managing expectations
Train and empower customers to become increasingly self-sufficient product specialists
Partner with Sales to manage renewals and achieve target NRR
Continuously improve Customer Success assets and processes
Requirements
8+ years relevant work experience in customer-facing customer success, account management or strategic consulting organisation
B2B SaaS experience in a high-paced environment is a benefit
1+ year in an implementation role, such as Solutions Consultant or Implementation Manager
Procurement experience and/or familiarity with procurement technologies such as ERP (Netsuite, Coupa, etc.), HRIS (Workday etc.), CLM, GRC, JIRA, and ServiceNow workflow management tools
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish quick rapport and trust with customers
Strong project management skills to manage a dynamic customer portfolio
Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Business process orientation and ability to think about workflow efficiency, including diagrams and conditionally based logic
Proactive team-player mindset and willingness to help wherever needed
Experience with SaaS workflow management tools (low-code/no-code configuration) is a nice-to-have
Procurement, legal, financial, or IT systems background is a nice-to-have
Experience working in a top-tier consulting firm or an MBA is a nice-to-have
